Shipping Policy
We want to get your goodies to you asap! Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 3-5 business days for the item to be dispatched AFTER you have submitted your customisation form. If you are limited in time, please contact us directly so we can advise if we can make some magic happen in your timeframe.
All items are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post $10 or Express Post service $15
At this time we do not ship internationally.
Order cancellations & changes
If you need to make any changes once the order has been placed please reach out to us at hello@atyours.com.au with Subject line: ORDER AMENDMENT and your order number.
We are unable to make any changes to your order once we have commenced working on the design of it.
Please ensure all details on your customisation form are correct before submitting the form. In particular, we recommend double checking the spelling of names and menu items.
As per our terms and conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel an order any time up until it is dispatched from our warehouse and a tracking confirmation email is sent.
