Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our goods. All items are inspected prior to shipping. If, for any reason, goods are faulty upon delivery we will exchange the item.

Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis determined by how minor or major the issue is.

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your goods and we will help ascertain if a refund or exchange is suitable.

You will not qualify for a refund if:

• goods are fit for use as per the specifications listed on the product page

Faulty goods are those not fit for use through: a manufacturing fault, broken in transit, fault in printing execution, incorrect size, spelling or grammatical errors made on our accord and NOT provided by you.

Goods are not considered faulty if they have not met your expectations but do meet all of the above. Spelling or grammatical errors that are provided by you and printed will incur a reprint fee.

You will not qualify for a refund if goods are fit for use as per the specifications on the product page.

Under no circumstances will refunds be given to goods that have 

• been written on

• been used

• sent out to guests (eg invitations)

• the event date has passed

• change of mind

Our policy lasts 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We also require proof of purchase.

If a return is approved, we will exchange goods, offer a store credit for future use, or returned monies.
